Shipping policy

United Kingdom Shipping

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail post, which we offer free of charge for orders over £40 in value. The cost of other shipping methods including optional 1st class postage are shown at the checkout.

Following completion of your order, we aim to dispatch within 2 business days, business days being Monday-Friday. Once they have received your parcel from us, Royal Mail quote 2-3 business days for delivery.

Occasionally it does take longer, so if your order hasn't arrived at least 10 business days (being Monday-Friday) after your order date, please contact us on help@hellonails.co.uk and we'll investigate. We cannot raise an investigation with Royal Mail until this time has passed.

You agree that we will dispatch products to the Shipping Address you provide when completing an order through our checkout. We do not have any ability to alter or change addresses as part of our normal shipping process. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change or amend this address, and cannot be held responsible for an order being shipped to an incorrect address. In such cases we are unable to offer a replacement product or any refund, so please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

As our warehouse begins processing as soon as an order is received, we do not have the ability to cancel an order once it has been completed. In case of you wishing to cancel after purchase, please refer to our Return policy.

In all cases or missing or incorrectly delivered packages we will ask Royal Mail to investigate and follow their procedure, which can take 10-15 days. We cannot make a refund or replacement until this process is completed.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer flat rate Worldwide International shipping, so you can enjoy our nail wraps anywhere in the world. The rate will be shown in your local currency at checkout.

Please note: Gel Remover and Top Coats cannot be shipped internationally due to customs legislation. If international orders contain these, we will cancel and refund these products from your order.

For purchases within the EU, prices are shown with VAT included at your local rate under the IOSS scheme. International deliveries may incur taxes or import duties by your country's tax authorities. Any such charges will need to be paid by the customer.
